ASFA Facial Academy

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of onlinefacialcourses.com and your access to ASFA Facial Academy websites, online courses, student accounts, certificates, products, support services, and related features.

Effective date: July 18, 2026 Last updated: July 18, 2026

Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting onlinefacialcourses.com, creating an account, enrolling in a course, making a purchase, accessing course materials, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the website, create an account, enroll, or access ASFA services. If you use ASFA on behalf of a school, company, organization, or another person, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that party.

Eligibility and Minors

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. A student who is under the age of majority may use ASFA only with the involvement and authorization of a parent, legal guardian, school, or other authorized organization.

The person authorizing a minor’s enrollment is responsible for supervising the account, confirming that the course is appropriate, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, safety requirements, and professional restrictions.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. It forms part of these terms.

Accounts and Account Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. Each student account is intended for the enrolled student only and may not be sold, transferred, rented, shared, or used by multiple students unless ASFA has approved a group or institutional arrangement in writing.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. We may require identity or enrollment verification before changing account information, issuing records, or restoring access.

Course Enrollment and Access

Enrollment provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the purchased course and included materials for educational use, subject to these terms and any course-specific requirements.

Where lifetime student access is included, students may revisit the applicable course without a recurring course-access fee. ASFA may update lessons, replace materials, reorganize the curriculum, move content to another compatible platform, or make reasonable technical changes while seeking to preserve substantially comparable access.

Course-access instructions are normally delivered electronically after enrollment is processed. You are responsible for using a compatible device, supported browser, reliable internet connection, and a current email address.

Prices, Payments, and Financing

Prices, included materials, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and payment options are those displayed or confirmed at the time of purchase. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

Payment plans or financing may be offered by independent providers. Approval, deposits, installment schedules, interest, fees, missed-payment consequences, and eligibility are governed by the provider’s agreement. ASFA does not control a third-party provider’s approval decisions or financing terms.

If a payment is declined, reversed, overdue, or not completed, ASFA may pause course access, withhold shipment or certification, or request another payment method until the account is brought current.

Promotions, Discounts, and Bonuses

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, bonus courses, kits, limited-quantity offers, and enrollment incentives may have separate conditions, expiration dates, eligibility requirements, and availability limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions may not be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively.

ASFA may correct an obvious pricing or promotional error before fulfilling an order. Changes to an offer will not alter a completed purchase except where required to correct fraud, technical error, or a mistake that a reasonable customer would recognize as unintended.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Payment Disputes

Refund and cancellation eligibility is determined by the written policy, offer terms, and disclosures presented at the time of purchase, together with applicable law. Digital course access, downloadable materials, completed coursework, certificates, shipped kits, opened products, and services already provided may affect eligibility.

Contact info@onlinefacialcourses.com promptly with an order number and explanation of the request. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method, and processing time may depend on the bank, card issuer, or financing provider.

Please contact ASFA before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

Physical Kits, Products, and Shipping

Some courses may include professional tools, brushes, skincare products, printed certificates, or other physical items. Exact inclusions depend on the course and offer purchased.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, incorrect addresses, remote-location restrictions, and other circumstances outside ASFA’s reasonable control may affect delivery.

Inspect products before use and follow the manufacturer’s directions, ingredient information, warnings, storage instructions, expiration guidance, and sanitation requirements. Stop using a product if irritation or another unexpected reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional guidance.

Course Requirements and Academic Integrity

Students are responsible for completing the lessons, quizzes, assignments, demonstrations, evaluations, or other requirements identified for their course. ASFA may request revisions, additional work, identity verification, or proof of completion before approving a student record or certificate.

Students may not:

  • Have another person complete course work, quizzes, assignments, or evaluations on their behalf.
  • Submit copied, purchased, fabricated, or misleading work.
  • Falsify attendance, progress, identity, professional status, or course completion.
  • Alter, reproduce, sell, or misuse a certificate or certificate number.

Certificates and Verification

A course certificate is issued only after the student successfully completes the applicable requirements and the account is in good standing. A certificate documents education completed through ASFA Facial Academy. It is not a state, provincial, federal, or national professional license.

ASFA may maintain completion records and offer certificate verification. We may decline, correct, suspend, or revoke a certificate or verification record obtained through fraud, identity misuse, account sharing, falsified work, payment fraud, or a material violation of these terms.

Licensing and Scope of Practice

Laws governing esthetics, cosmetology, skincare, facial services, eyelash extensions, devices, products, sanitation, facilities, supervision, and professional titles vary by location and may change.

Before enrolling or performing a service, you are responsible for confirming all licensing, education, examination, supervision, insurance, facility, and scope-of-practice requirements with the appropriate authority where you intend to work. ASFA enrollment or certification does not grant legal authorization to perform a regulated service.

Students seeking continuing-education credit, employer recognition, school credit, insurance acceptance, or regulatory approval must confirm acceptance with the relevant organization before enrolling.

Educational and Safety Disclaimer

ASFA courses and website content are provided for education and professional development. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, or a substitute for hands-on supervision where supervision is required.

Facial and beauty services may involve allergies, sensitivities, contraindications, infections, medication interactions, skin conditions, device risks, and other safety concerns. Students must use professional judgment, follow product and equipment instructions, conduct appropriate consultations, observe sanitation standards, remain within their lawful scope, and refer a client to a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.

No Employment, Income, or Business Guarantee

ASFA does not guarantee employment, clients, income, business success, licensing, insurance coverage, regulatory approval, or acceptance by a particular employer, school, board, or organization. Results depend on many factors outside ASFA’s control, including location, credentials, experience, effort, market conditions, employer requirements, and applicable law.

Intellectual Property and Limited Use License

The website, course curriculum, videos, demonstrations, text, graphics, photographs, downloads, forms, assessments, branding, logos, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to ASFA and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

ASFA grants an enrolled student a limited license to view and use purchased course materials for that student’s personal educational and professional-reference purposes. Except where ASFA gives written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, record, reproduce, republish, translate, distribute, sell, license, or publicly display course materials.
  • Share downloads, videos, login credentials, screenshots, assignments, tests, or course access with another person.
  • Create a competing course, handbook, database, membership, training program, or commercial product from ASFA materials.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, ownership, or access-control notices.
  • Scrape, systematically download, data-mine, or use ASFA content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or supply an artificial-intelligence system without written permission.
  • Circumvent security, download restrictions, paywalls, or technical protections.

Student Work, Feedback, Reviews, and Testimonials

You retain ownership of original work you create. By submitting assignments or related materials through the student portal, you grant ASFA a limited license to store, reproduce, review, annotate, evaluate, and maintain those materials as reasonably necessary to provide instruction, support, records, and certificate services.

If you voluntarily submit feedback, a review, testimonial, photograph, or success story for publication, you represent that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not violate another person’s rights. ASFA may publish, format, shorten, or remove submitted material without materially changing its meaning, subject to any separate consent or release that applies.

Any material connection, incentive, discount, gift, or compensation associated with a review or endorsement must be clearly disclosed. ASFA does not require a positive review as a condition of receiving support or resolving a complaint.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the website, student portal, or services to:

  • Violate a law, regulation, court order, professional rule, or another person’s rights.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, exploit, discriminate against, or impersonate another person.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, unlawful material, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Probe, attack, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to ASFA systems or accounts.
  • Send spam, conduct unauthorized advertising, collect user data, or use automated tools without permission.
  • Misrepresent an affiliation with ASFA or use ASFA branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, employment, licensing, or endorsement that has not been granted.

Third-Party Services and Links

ASFA may use or link to independent services for payment processing, financing, course hosting, video delivery, communications, analytics, shipping, social media, or other functions. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

ASFA is not responsible for independent third-party content, policies, security, availability, approval decisions, fees, or actions. A link or integration does not necessarily mean ASFA endorses every statement, product, or service offered by that third party.

Service Availability and Course Changes

We work to keep our website, portal, and course content available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting issues, internet outages, platform updates, security events, device incompatibility, or other circumstances may temporarily affect access.

ASFA may update course content, instructors, examples, assignments, products, platform features, or certificate procedures to improve quality, accuracy, safety, security, or compliance. We may discontinue an outdated feature or course when reasonably necessary and will seek to provide an appropriate transition for actively enrolled students when practical.

Suspension and Termination

ASFA may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect students, systems, intellectual property, or business operations, including for nonpayment, fraud, chargeback abuse, account sharing, academic dishonesty, harassment, security threats, certificate misuse, unlawful conduct, or a material violation of these terms.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, or deliberate misuse may result in immediate action. Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that logically should survive will remain effective after termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, courses, materials, products, certificates, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ASFA disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.

We do not warrant that all content will be error-free, that access will always be uninterrupted, or that a course will satisfy every licensing, employer, insurance, business, or personal objective. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASFA and its instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, lost opportunities, or reputational harm arising from or related to the website, a course, a product, or these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASFA’s total aggregate liability arising from a particular course, product, or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid directly to ASFA for that course, product, or transaction during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ASFA and its instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement of another person’s rights, misuse of ASFA materials, violation of these terms, or performance of services outside your lawful scope.

This section does not require you to indemnify ASFA for ASFA’s own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, or willful misconduct where such a limitation is prohibited.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any nonwaivable consumer right or jurisdictional rule, disputes arising from these terms or ASFA services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and the parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms prevents either party from seeking appropriate relief in small-claims court or requesting temporary or injunctive relief to protect confidential information, accounts, security, or intellectual-property rights where permitted by law.

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

ASFA will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, public-health emergencies, war, civil unrest, labor disruption, carrier interruption, internet or utility failure, cyberattack, governmental action, platform outage, or supplier delay.

Severability, Waiver, and Assignment

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any later violation.

You may not assign or transfer your account, enrollment, certificate rights, or obligations without ASFA’s written consent. ASFA may assign these terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, asset transfer, or similar business transaction.

Entire Agreement and Order of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the checkout disclosures, and any course-specific or promotion-specific terms accepted at purchase form the agreement between you and ASFA concerning the applicable services.

If a course-specific written term directly conflicts with these general terms, the course-specific term controls only for that course and only to the extent of the conflict. These terms replace prior general terms concerning the same subject.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless a different result is required by law. Continued use of the website or services after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
