The People Behind ASFA Facial Academy
Each member of our leadership and support team has a different responsibility, but the goal is shared: make the ASFA experience clear, dependable, and personal from the first question through course enrollment and learning.
Anastasia Andreani
Anastasia’s approach to education grew from experience on both the creative and clinical sides of the beauty industry. She began her career as a freelance makeup artist in Chicago, completed formal business and esthetics education, and later worked in a physician-led medical-spa environment.
Those experiences shaped her belief that students need more than information. They need clear explanations, responsible professional guidance, practical learning resources, and the confidence to keep developing their skills.
As CEO and Director of Education, Anastasia leads ASFA’s educational direction, course development, quality review, instructor collaboration, and the overall learning experience provided to students.
Alfredo Andreani
Alfredo manages the systems and daily operations that keep ASFA organized and accessible. His work includes the academy’s websites, online learning technology, enrollment processes, internal workflows, partnerships, and long-term planning.
He works closely with the education and support teams to make sure new ideas can be implemented clearly and that students have a reliable experience when they visit the website, enroll, access their studies, or contact the academy.
His focus on operations allows the instructional team to spend more time on course quality, student communication, and continued improvements to the ASFA learning experience.
Jennifer Parker
Jennifer is often one of the first members of the ASFA team prospective students speak with. She helps explain course options, tuition, enrollment steps, and what students can expect from the online learning experience.
With experience as a spa advisor, Jennifer understands that choosing a course can come with many questions. She provides clear, friendly guidance so students can compare their options and make an informed decision based on their goals.
Her role also helps connect the enrollment and education teams, making sure questions are directed to the right person and each student receives thoughtful, professional assistance.
